Loving Springtime | Family

Spring Family Session    |     Dominion Valley Country Club     |     Haymarket, Virginia     |     April 17, 2021

B L O O M S!!! We love this time of year & our hearts were so happy to see the trees still filled with precious pink flowers! We’ve been visiting about this session for months and planning the best time of year for their family. We decided to wait through the autumn colors and beiges of winter for the blooms of spring … and we’re so glad we did! The pastels were a perfect backdrop for this beautiful family and thankfully everyone was home … this plan was meant to be!!

This family was absolutely awesome to capture! They have such a lightheartedness and true JOY about them that is contagious! It’s delightful to share an afternoon with happy families that love each other like this one. We say this all the time, such true words, we really do have the best clients. I’m beyond grateful!

The weather can be iffy in spring, and we were so glad to see the sunshine forecast! As the day grew the clouds rolled in and it did get a little chilly for our session, though – cheers – the rain held off! We did enjoy a peek of the sun every now & then. They kept coats nearby for the time between photographing that brought a warm … ahhhh 🙂 Their outfits were coordinated in fabulous fashion. Loved the light springy feel & flow in their color choices, patterns and accessories! They were flawlessly styled and looked GORGEOUS!

Sharing the afternoon capturing this beautiful family was a pure delight to soak up our SPRING season!!!
